The productive orientation is to enhance the environmental variability (morphology, exposure, disposition, origins and characteristics of the grounds) combining vine and environment in order to produce wines with a marked personality and uniqueness. The selected vines are: Mueller Thurgau, Pinot Noir, Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Merlot, Gewurztraminer and other varieties for experimental purposes. In particular, the climate conditions of the site allow the white grape vines to express extremely valuable levels of finesse and persistence.

Patiently, but with enthusiasm, friends Maria Marangoni and Martin Mainenti have brought a real revolution on their farm without affecting the identity of the territory. They have been able to give space to collaborations of the highest level and to focus on the company’s human resources.
The wise external oenological support combined with Martin‘s sensitivity have allowed the company’s production to improve year after year, while the close partnerships in the catering, decorations and party planning area have supported Maria in bringing Borgo dei Posseri to be one of the locations currently more refined, while always maintaining an absolute authenticity and simplicity, in a spirit of friendly welcome.
